Quality Begins Before Production
Critical electrical equipment cannot depend on a final inspection to make it right. At Spike, quality is built into the way products are engineered, released, manufactured, documented, delivered, and supported. Proven product platforms provide a consistent foundation, while controlled project configuration allows application requirements to be incorporated without losing discipline, traceability, or ownership. Engineering, manufacturing, quality, project management, and field support operate as one organization—helping identify risk earlier, reduce avoidable rework, protect the schedule, and give customers a clear record of what was built and why.
Quality Built Into Every Stage
Quality begins before production. Approved drawings, bills of material, specifications, and project requirements establish the controlled baseline for the build. Incoming materials, fabricated components, assemblies, wiring, settings, labels, and documentation are reviewed at defined points as the equipment moves through production. Responsibility does not disappear at departmental handoffs. Cross-functional teams remain aligned from design release through shipment so equipment is manufactured to the approved configuration and issues are addressed at the source—not carried forward into installation or commissioning.
Controlled Project Execution
Major electrical projects require more than technically capable equipment. They require disciplined change control, accurate submittals, clear ownership, and timely decisions. Spike aligns engineering, project management, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain around the same approved requirements so changes can be evaluated for technical, cost, schedule, and field impact before release. This coordinated process provides better visibility, fewer handoffs, and a more accountable path from purchase order to delivery—supporting repeatable execution across multi-lineup, multi-site, and phased infrastructure programs.

Standards, Certifications & Compliance
Spike equipment is engineered and manufactured to the codes, standards, listings, and project requirements applicable to each product and application. Compliance planning begins early so the required design basis, inspection path, documentation, and third-party involvement can be identified before production advances. Depending on the equipment and project, this may include applicable UL, ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, NFPA, NEC, IEC, hazardous-location, NRTL, or authority requirements. Spike coordinates with customers, inspectors, testing organizations, and authorities as required while maintaining clear boundaries around what is listed, certified, evaluated, or project-specific.
Documentation & Digital Traceability
A reliable product record is essential for installation, operation, maintenance, and future modification. Spike maintains controlled documentation for the approved design, manufacturing configuration, inspections, verification activities, and project closeout. Identification and labeling are integrated into the build so components, circuits, assemblies, and records remain clear throughout the equipment lifecycle. Spike is also deploying more connected production processes, electronic work instructions, and digital traceability across manufacturing. These capabilities are intended to strengthen configuration control, improve real-time visibility, and create a more complete digital history from material receipt through final shipment.
One Organization. One Standard of Accountability.
Spike brings proven electrical equipment platforms, experienced industry leadership, expanding American manufacturing capacity, and a modern operating mindset into one accountable organization. Customers gain the technical depth and execution discipline expected from a major manufacturer, with direct access to the people responsible for the project. The result is more than equipment that passes a final check. It is a controlled, documented, and supported path from approved design to long-term performance.
